How to make easy protein bars for after a big training session. High carb, high protein, high calorie, high flavour! I went for lemon and lavender but as always you can choose your own adventure. Sorry that it cut off – my phone memory was full… Doh…

Key ingredients:

Oats (1/4 to 1/3 of a bag)

Protein powder

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Lavender seeds

Sugar (add cautiously until desired sweetness is achieved)

Coconut oil (try half a cup, see how well the mixture is sticking to itself, then add more if needed, cautiously)
